Room Enhancement Works
As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing our facilities and providing our guests with a more comfortable and enjoyable stay, the hotel will undertake guest room enhancement works from 18 December 2026 to 30 June 2027.
The hotel will remain fully operational throughout the enhancement period, with our facilities and services continuing to be available for your enjoyment. While every effort will be made to minimise any disruption, we sincerely appreciate your understanding should you experience any minor inconvenience during this period.
Power Supply Recalibration Works
Please be informed that power supply recalibration works are scheduled to take place on 21 December 2026, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, in compliance with TNB (Malaysia‘s National Electricity Provider) requirements. During this period, a temporary power interruption will occur. Air conditioning will not be available, and only essential lighting within the hotel will be supported by the standby generator. Emergency lighting along the corridors will remain operational, and Wi-Fi/ internet access will not be affected. However, certain electrical facilities and services may be temporarily unavailable during the works. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your kind understanding.
